A Brief Introduction

• Dresses under Buy can only be bought, if a item has IN STOCK by it, it means I have that product in store otherwise I have to order the dress in for you.
• Orders can take up to 6 weeks so give me plenty of time, If I haven't been given enough time, I can't promise that it will get here in time for your event. D2D has no control over the post so if your dress doesn't turn up in time D2D doesn't take any responsiblity.
• If you order a item and you don't like it when it arrives you may exchange or get a credit voucher, if you order a dress it can be a good idea to have a back up dress, from my instock items.
• All Products are checked before being sent out. So if they are being returned they must be in the condition they were sent with tags on and not smelling of smoke or anything else.
• If you are Hireing a gown
• Cost of hireage ranges from $40.00 to $180.00 for cocktail dresses, from $70.00 to $230.00 for long dresses, and $8.00 to $30.00 for accessories. Specific cost of hire for items is detailed on the individual description pages of the website.
• A $50.00 deposit is required to confirm your hire and a $100.00 fully refundable bond for security that the dress will be returned in good condition.
• The hire period is normally for FOUR days (inclusive of collection and return days) or by negotiation if you are heading out of town (subject to availability).
• Dusk 2 Dawn is located approximately 5km from Palmerston North and 7km from Feilding and is within 2 hours drive from Wellington, Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay and Wanganui. Please refer to the map on the contact details page of the website for directions.
• Dusk 2 Dawn shop hours are  by appointment only, so we can give the best customer service possible

• Dusk 2 Dawn also offers a unique ‘appro option' giving you the opportunity to browse on line to find your perfect dress then we will courier it to you to try on in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Please see our separate ‘appro option' page on the website for further details.
