In the world today many woman, of all ages, just do not have the time or energy to allow them to search the shops looking for that perfect dress, so we have endeavoured to come up with a simple and affordable solution! Dusk 2 Dawn offers a unique ‘appro option’ giving you the opportunity to browse on line to find your perfect dress then we will courier it to you to try on in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
How it works
- Visit our website http://www.dusk2dawn.net.nz/ and browse our range of dresses at your leisure.
- Check the availability of your selected dress for your desired hire date by looking at the bookings calendar at the bottom of the webpage.
- Check with our sizing chart that the dress is most likely to fit. Please remember that measurements are a guide only.
- Read our general hire terms and conditions page to ensure you are well informed and happy with our policies and your obligations in hiring one of our dresses.
- Download our hire agreement and hire contract. Fill in these TWO forms and return to us by post, fax or e-mail ADD YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
- We will advise you of the courier cost by telephone and/or e-mail and confirm your appro booking.
- Payment of a $100.00 bond is mandatory PRIOR to us couriering your dress to you. Payment may be in the form of credit card or direct debit. (ONLY COURIER COST PUT ON CARD UNLESS DRESS IS NOT RETURNED OR DAMAGED)
- Your dress will be couriered to you on a Monday or Tuesday. The appro period is for FOUR days only (INCLUSIVE of collection and return days), so need to be returned to us so as to be RECIEVED by Thursday or Friday respectively. Appro period for dresses going to the South Island is by negotiation RETURN COURIER TICKET SENT WITH DRESS.
- Try your dress on in the seclusion and convenience of your own home.
- If it is your perfect dress keep it to wear that weekend OR, if the required date is more than a week on, return to us in the interim and we will courier it back to you FREE at the appropriate time.
Key points to note
- Dusk 2 Dawn will organise and be responsible for couriering of the dress in both directions. You will be advised of the courier cost prior to us sending the dress.
- You, as the hirer, are responsible for any and all costs associated with couriering of the dress. Should the dress not fit or you decide not to proceed to hire the dress then the courier cost will be deducted from YOUR CREDIT CARD, If on receipt of the dress it isn't in the original condition it was sent to you we will charge your credit card an amount fitting the damage. (We will ring first and decuss the amount and why) Cost will never be more than bond.
- As mentioned above dresses on appro will ONLY be couriered on a Monday or Tuesday. Failure to return the dress to us within the FOUR day appro period may result in your card being charged the of the entire purchase price .
