In hiring one of our dresses you will be reqired to fill out and sign TWO Hire Forms, our Hire Agreement and our Hire Terms and Conditions, which can be downloaded here.  We also strongly encourage you to please take the time to read our full set of Hire Terms and Conditions as below-

Dusk 2 Dawn are delighted that you have found your perfect dress at our perfect price!  To ensure the stress free hire of your dress please take time to carefully read our hire terms and conditions.

1. A deposit of $50.00 is payable upon booking of the dress (and accessories if applicable) to confirm your hire.  This deposit amount is INCLUDED in the hire amount (ie. Will be deducted off the hire amount owing).  Should the hire NOT occur this deposit is partially refundable ($30.00 refund) if cancellation occurs 5 days or more prior to the hire date, but is non-refundable if cancellation is within 5 days of the hire date.
2. A bond of $100.00 is payable upon collection of the dress (and accessories if applicable). This amount is fully refundable if the dress, dress bag (and accessories if applicable) is returned in the condition it was hired out in. In the event of any damage occurring to the dress, dress bag or accessories, I acknowledge that the bond may be only partly refunded, or in the event that Dusk to Dawn assesses that the dress, dress bag and/or accessories are substantially damaged, no refund will be made of the bond. I acknowledge that it is at the sole discretion of Dusk to Dawn as to the amount of the bond that will be refunded in the event of damage to the dress, dress bag or accessories.
3. Every dress has a specific hire price as detailed on each dress description on our website, as do accessories.  The hire price for the dress (and accessories if applicable), as provide to the hirer, is valid for twenty eight days only.  Dusk 2 Dawn reserves the right to alter their hire fees at the expiry of this period.
4. The bond and the balance of the hire and courier costs is payable on collection of, or prior to couriering the dress (and accessories if applicable).
5. Any dress returned heavily soiled may be charged an additional cleaning fee of $25.00 per dress.
6. The dress (and accessories if applicable) must be returned by the agreed date and time.  Failing to do so may result in partial or complete forfeiture of the bond.  Couriered dresses MUST BE RECEIVED by us by the return date. 
7. If you are under 18 years of age at the time of hire (proof of identity may be required) you will need a parent or guardian to sign the hire contract for you.
8. Unless otherwise specified and arranged the hire period is for FOUR days INCLUSIVE of the collection day and the return day.
9. Use of our ‘appro option' is for a period of FOUR days only INCLUSIVE of collection and return days (unless to South Island).  A dress will only be couriered on a Monday (needs to be returned so as to be RECIEVED by us by Thursday) or Tuesday (needs to be returned so as to be RECEIVED by us by Friday).  The courier cost is at the HIRER'S expense irrespective of whether the dress is hired or not.  A $100.00 bond MUST be paid PRIOR to couriering of the dress and is partially refundable ($100.00 less courier cost) if the dress is NOT then hired. 
10. We will always endeavour to courier dresses in the best manner however please be aware that a dress may be creased following shipping and may require professional steaming before wear.  Any associated cost is the HIRER's responsibility.
11. Sizing may vary and measurements are a guide only (please refer to the sizing guide on our website).  We have endeavoured to give as much information as possible to assist in choosing a dress of the correct size however take no responsibility for correctness of fit.
12. Although Dusk 2 Dawn will use its best endeavours to provide the items for hire as requested by the hirer, Dusk 2 Dawn shall not be liable for any loss, expense, cost or claim by the hirer due to non-provision of hire items, caused by matters outside Dusk 2 Dawn's control. 
13. Payment methods accepted are cash, , credit card, direct credit or cheque (with TWO forms of suitable PHOTO identification).
    In some circumstances, such as multiple dress hires for Bridesmaids, we can arrange minor alterations of dresses and/or purchase of additional dresses as required.  In such circumstance we would require a minimum of six weeks notice.  Alterations are ONLY to be arranged and done by Dusk to Dawn and will incur an additional $10.00 charge.
14. We reserve the right to alter and/or add to our hire terms and conditions as required.  Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon the posting of those terms and conditions upon our website.  The hirer is responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the latest terms and conditions and that hire of any items is an acknowledgement by the hirer of our terms and conditions as amended.
15. The terms and conditions on this website are the terms on which Dusk 2 Dawn offers the hire of dresses and accessories.  In hiring any dresses and accessories the hirer accepts these terms and conditions.  If the hirer does not accept these terms and conditions they must not proceed with the hire.
16. Dusk 2 Dawn guarantee that we will NOT provide any of the hirer's personal information to third parties without prior consent and knowledge.
17. Dusk 2 Dawn agree to NOT send unsolicited e-mail messages regarding new products and promotions unless prior consent and permission has been given to do the same.
18.  When Dusk2dawn  orders in  gowns we need  10% deposit
19.  If you want to buy the gown you are ordering, you may choose any gown, if you are wanting to order a gown to hire, this will only be done if it is a dress that works for dusk2dawn.
20.  If the dress is faulty or is the wrong size your deposit will be refunded in full,  but choose carefully as if you just change your mind we will keep your deposit. If your deposit is more than $50 we will refund the rest.
